I'm also being diligent about exercise. I really miss walking outside because that helps me more than anything. I did get to walk with Ran Sunday since it was 64 degrees! I'm rebounding and doing all those other things like kettlebell swings, Turkish get-ups, burpees, attempting pull-ups and sissy push-ups, etc. I hope to see results soon. I am trying to modify my diet to make it conducive for weight loss, but I get the munchies at night! I always want to crunch on something! How do I conquer that? If you have any advice, please let me know.
I've added a Facbook button to the blog but it doesn't take you to my page. It's like I had to create a new Facebook page to do this. My Facebook page is in my name: Felecia Cofield. You can click on the page on the right if you want, and in the meantime, I'll see if I can change that. If you have any information that can help, please let me know. I really do like Facebook and write on there several times each day. That way ya'll can keep up with what's happening at the moment! Thanks for reading the blog, and don't forget to show some 'love' this month! Blessings from Bama!

Yes, we should love others and ourselves. The picture of the sunset is beautiful! I don't know how to curb the munchies at night either. This is my hardest time of the day. Probably because my husband is a snacker...he can and always does snack. This winter, as you know, is crushing my motivation. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteHi Jacky! Thank you! It is the hardest time of day! I do so well during the day time but night, arg! This winter is unlike any we've had in a long time, too! Blessings!
DeleteSounds like you are having a very productive February loving on everyone, especially yourself. You deserve your love too! I always 'feel' so much 'better' when I'm cleaning too - de-cluttering all that 'noise' is like 'therapy'?! Your exercise routine sounds robust and energizing! That's terrific! Hopefully it'll be Spring soon. I'm ready for a little warmer weather, even though I can't complain as we've been so sheltered by the Appalachians here, that we've missed most of the nasty stuff. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI hope it continues, Lisa! Thank you! Maybe the exercise has energized me to get things done! I believe it helps. That's great, you haven't had to deal with such bad weather! you live in such a beautiful area! Thank you, you too! Blessings!
DeleteYou are a positive encouraging person! Good for you keeping up on your exercise! Enjoy your Valentines love month! Nancy
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you Nancy! You are such a sweet lady! Thanks, I will! Blessings!
DeleteI have been trying to de-clutter a bit too...when I have time. It does make you feel good and we have too much junk anyway.
ReplyDeleteThat is what the snow looked like here too. We got about 3 inches that stayed around for a few days. It was nice but we would be happy not to see it again until next year. :)
Hi Becky! Good to hear from you again! It's strange how a small family can collect so much stuff! The snow was really pretty and they are predicting more for tomorrow, but we probably won't get it. I'm ready for Spring, not more snow! I hope to start seeds today! Blessings!
DeleteThat sunset picture is amazing!
ReplyDeleteHi Kate! Thank you!
