On a different note, I had decided to 'embrace the gray', as the young girl at Sally's said. I finally made up my mind; no more chemicals! It seems foolish to eat healthy, exercise, make my own soap, lotion, toothpaste, etc., to avoid chemicals, yet still put them on my head! The hubs was not thrilled with my idea, and was very happy when I announced that I would be using henna, instead. My town doesn't sale henna, ANYWHERE! I thought, so I ordered some from Vitacost. The local international market tried to get some, but could only find it in red. I wanted dark brown. I sent in the Vitacost order last night, the lady from the international market called me awhile ago and said it came in. Wow! All the way from Atlanta in a day! I am getting it this afternoon and trying it tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out. I am so excited to cover the gray, instead of embracing it! How do you feel about chemicals? Are you willing to avoid them at all costs? I believe chemicals and pesticides make people very sick, even die! So I am trying to do what I can to avoid them in, or on our bodies. I love this journey, and am so thankful, God is leading me to do the things I do! Well, off with my wheelbarrow, since the lawnmower battery needs a charge! Have a great weekend! Blessings from Bama!
