I'm so happy to be back!

I'm not sure how long it will last, but at least for now my DSL is up and running. It is sporadic, to say the least. I was commenting on someone's blog yesterday, and it went out before I could finish. I barely had time to publish it. The storm really did a number on our lines! Please continue to remember those who lost their homes and lives here in Alabama. We are so very fortunate that our area was just barely missed by the tornado. Just over the mountain, or hill as some would call it, that tornado ripped through. Only a small mountain stood between my home and it. I'm so thankful and sad for others at the same time!
Of course I watched Joyce this morning and the Holy Spirit quickened to me something she said: "Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh." She said that you don't have to worry about all the things you do wrong, just start walking in the Spirit and pretty soon, you will not be doing those wrong things. It was profound to me at the time because as Joyce said, people struggle with sin without asking the Holy Spirit to help them. Walking in the Spirit simply means reading and obeying God's Word, knowing that the Holy Spirit is inside you helping you.
Joyce is offering her Everyday Life Study Bible this week. That is what I use everyday and I love it! Here is a life point in Psalms: "At times we may fall down and must get back up; we may stumble, but He always helps us. We continue on by His strength and His grace, knowing that every time we face a fork in the road (a place of decision), God will guide us." I just love reading this Bible! Try to get one, if you enjoy Joyce Meyer and the Amplified Bible.
I have some pics I'd like to share with you, but my new memory card has an error on it and will not transfer the pics I just took, so I will have to transfer them at a later time. Thanks for reading, commenting and following!
